Candidate records

Ready to screen

Enter at least two characters. Add identifiers under Filters when available.

Results are candidate signals, not identity or legal determinations. No candidate is not clearance. Verify the official source and applicable law.

Sources and matching

Search current public restriction and debarment records across 18 configured sources: OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UK FCDO, UN Security Council, Swiss SECO, DFAT Australia, Global Affairs Canada, World Bank Debarment, EBRD Ineligible, EIB Exclusion, SAM.gov Exclusions, US State Department, Treasury Non-SDN, US BIS Export Controls, UFLPA Entity List, ADB, IDB Group, and AfDB. Anonymous searches are processed transiently and are not added to a decision history; signed-in searches can be retained privately for source evidence.

Matching uses a weighted ensemble of token-based fuzzy comparison (Jaccard token overlap, Dice coefficient on character bigrams), Levenshtein edit distance, and Double Metaphone phonetic hashing. A configurable confidence threshold lets you balance recall against precision. Read the full technical methodology.

Can I use S1 sanctions screening without an account?

Yes. Anonymous searches are rate-limited, processed transiently and are not added to a decision history.

Does no candidate match mean the subject is cleared?

No. A candidate match is not an identity or legal determination, and no candidate match is not clearance or evidence of absence.
