Shared entity review
Every material signal can be opened for review. Analysts triage, confirm relevance, add notes, or escalate. Every status change is logged with the user, timestamp, and notes.
Ongoing monitoring

Decision trail
Every intelligence run by any team member is recorded with an integrity hash. Records cannot be deleted — only archived. Reviewers can export the full evidence CSV at any time.
